Q Can you describe your role at SmartEquip?
A I am the Customer Support Manager here at SmartEquip. Any type of issue that our customers
may encounter with the SmartEquip Network flows thru my Support Team.
Q What is your favorite thing about SmartEquip?
A The passion that everyone has in making sure that all of our customers needs and wants are met.
It may not always be easy but we try our best to make all of our customers happy.
Q How has the pandemic shifted your departments way of working?
A I have to say, It was difficult in the beginning adapting to the new ways of working from home. I’ve
never been one who likes to work from home because I enjoy the interaction with my co-workers.
However, I have seen it in myself and in my team that I am more productive at home since there are minimal distractions.
Q What are you reading or listening to (book, podcast, music) right now?
A I love listening to all types of music with one exception, Heavy Metal. But fair warning that I give to
all my employees, if you ever hear Classical Music coming from my office, RUN, I am not in a good mood and Classical music soothes the "beast within" LOL.
Q What is your favorite motivational quote?
A "I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy; I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it!" - Arthur L. Williams, Jr.
Q What is your favorite vacation destination?
A That’s a tough one. I have two, Puerto Rico and Aruba, but if I have to make a choice Puerto Rico is
home to me.
