Q Can you describe your role at SmartEquip?
A As a Product Manager, I listen to feedback from our business teams and customers. I’ll design a solution and then work with Development and Quality Assurance to get it built and added to the platform. Part of my role is taking a specific request and finding a solution that fits best with the overall product.
Q Which product feature of SmartEquip e-Commerce have you enjoyed working on the most?
A Probably the Credit Card integrations. It was interesting to see the nuts and bolts of something we’re all used to using on other shopping sites.
Q What is your best workplace memory?
A Getting the notification of the first order that went through for one of the first sites I helped launch felt good.
Q What is the most unique or most beloved item in your WFH workspace?
A I’m set up in the nursery, so the most unusual might be the mobile dangling above my head.
Q What are you reading or listening to (book, podcast, music) right now?
A Hockey playoffs are starting, so the "31 Thoughts" podcast for NHL news, and "The Skate Pod" for the Boston Bruins specifics.
