Of the thousands of booths in the Las Vegas Convention Center at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the SmartEquip booth S-60707 will stand out with an interactive gaming experience to demo their software solutions: the SmartEquip Pit Stop Challenge.
SmartEquip, a leading provider of software used to support equipment life cycle management, will challenge attendees to participate as a technician without the power of SmartEquip. Competitors will race against SmartEquip employees to see how long it will take them to identify the correct parts needed to repair a broken piece of equipment.
“Our ultimate goal for CONEXPO-CON/AGG this year is to highlight the complex process that most technicians face when trying to identify and order parts and turn it into an exciting and eye-opening side-by-side experience,” says Mike Holland, EVP of Product. “We’re excited to bring our value proposition to life with an interactive game.”
The SmartEquip Pit Stop Challenge simulates a technician’s day-to-day parts procurement process, while demonstrating how SmartEquip technology can streamline shop workflow on one platform. From product support and diagrams for part identification to updating work orders, creating purchase orders, and validating supersession and pricing, SmartEquip integrates with fleet owners existing ERP to cover all bases of parts procurement.
“What is not top-of-mind to a lot of fleet owners is the amount of time and effort it takes their technicians to find and receive the right parts for their repair jobs,” says Ron Piccolo, EVP of Customer Operations. “With this game, we are focusing on process improvement and efficiency by demonstrating how SmartEquip can increase equipment uptime and technician wrench time with a fun, collaborative interactive experience.”
Can you beat SmartEquip? Take the SmartEquip Pit Stop Challenge at booth S-60707 during CONEXPO-CON/AGG at the Las Vegas Convention Center – March 10 – 14, 2020. The challenger with the best time will win an Apple Watch®! #SmartEquipPitStop
